  • Use Cold - The hot and cold nursing pads feature advanced gel beads that Change temperature quickly and evenly, and maintain cold and warm temperatures for a longer duration. Place the nursing pads in the freezer for more than 10-15 minutes or in the refrigerator for more than 15-30 minutes, they can be used as ice packs to alleviate swelling, pain, and congestion in the early days of breastfeeding.
  • Use Hot-Place it in boiling water (over 80°C/176°F) and soak for 120 seconds. Don’t boil it directly in water, and the heating time with hot water (over 80°C/176°F) should not exceed 5 minutes. Heat in the microwave. Microwave for 70s at 350 watts, 50s at 500watts. Using more than 500 watts may damage the product.Note:Don't wear the cloth covers when heating.It can be used as heat pads to relieve blocked milk ducts and mastitis, and to encourage milk let-down during breastfeeding.

These work as they’re supposed to. They stay frozen and cold for 15-20 minutes. They’re really big compared to others I’ve used. Cover is soft.
