Very easy to install and use. I plug it in to a battery charger and it works perfect. Uses quite a bit of water but the pump power is great!

I had this product for 3 months now it leaking. The original pump lasted over a year. My return window is now closed. I have a full week of clients but no working sink.

I like the features. It has a strong stream flow. It has plenty of hose. I would have liked it came with mounting screws, but that was no biggie. The instructions however, were really bad. The instructions made reference to parts as being listed as part A, and B, etc. but the parts were not labeled at all. Same with the steps for proper sanitation. The written instructions instructs the user/installer to refer to step 6. The steps are not listed numerically, just by sentences and paragraphs. Other than cruddy instructions for sanitation process, it was easy to set up and install

This was exactly what we needed to pump bottled water into a small bar sink. We had a countertop model that was just to messy and too slow. I installed it under the counter next to a 5 gallon water bottle. It's a little noisy, but other than that it puts out a lot of water and is perfect for our needs.

You put it in the 5 gallon bottle, connect another tube to the pump device, and the other end yo your ice maker in the back of you fridge. When the fridge attrmpts to fill with water, the pump activated. Takes the water from the bottle, fills the ice maker and then shuts off when the ice maker tray fills. You can hear it working but not too loud and only 5/6 seconds. Prevents you from having to have a plumber connect a water line. I use tap water and refill my 5 gallon bottle. I don’t use a lot of ice do it stays full for a while. Oh, the water comes out the door as well as filling the ice maker.

Habíamos comprado antes 2, uno nunca sirvió , lo devolvimos y el otro se descompuso a la semana, encontramos este más económico, súper sencillo de instalar y nos encanta no hacer nada de ruido
