I'm new to stucco, so I'm far from being an expert. I felt the blades were too flat when I first used it, so I twisted the tines all 90⁰ so they are on edge when I scratch the scratch coat. That done, it works great.

Give it 3 stars cause it kind of got the job done for a weekend project, had to bend it back into shape after a couple of uses, would not recommend for more than one project

Its all they had otherwise I would have spent a little more on something better. Definitely gets the job done and for the money it's a good buy.
