Q: Your description says that the lenses are polarized. What does “polarized” mean?

A: Our CHOPPER glasses features blue light lens polarization, which means that the lenses have a special chemical film coating that deflects certain light waves in order to reduces glare. Unlike dark lenses, the polarization in our yellow tinted lenses is lower and works mainly on blue light, to enable more light transmission, as is necessary for nighttime use.

Q: I can’t seem to tell how these work, except by making everything yellow. Do they actually reduce glares?

A:Yes, absolutely. Some users won’t notice an immediate difference, because the human eye has a special mechanism which adjusts the eye’s iris when exposed to different levels of light. Our Chopper glasses also protect against harmful UV rays which cannot be seen by the naked eye. In fact, wearing your Chopper glasses will actually reduce the strain on your eye in the same light environment.

Q: Do these glasses really help to reduce glare?

A:Yes, from our lab tests we have found that a Light Meter will record our Chopper glasses can provide up to a 30% reduction in glare. Our Chopper glasses are designed to work at night, when there is much less light. nice style and I love all the things you get with it. You get a mini screw driver to keep the screws tight, a lens cloth to wipe the smudges, a head and soft case for what ever needs you have (I personally like the hard case much better), a vehicle mirror clip to help keep the glasses in a reachable unforgettable spot and last but not least the glasses. They have a sturdy fashionable frame with a yellow polarized colored lens to help while driving at night, which was the reason I bought the glasses in the first place. I also like the coverage of the glasses because your peripheral vision is not blocked by the frame. The only thing I would improve on is the strength of the polarization to minimize glare much more. Other than that the glasses are worth buying to add a stylish look.

These are fantastic night driving glasses are exactly what I was looking for. They brighten up the markings of dark roads and diminish the glare from oncoming headlights. I was so impressed I bought a second pair so I can keep one in each of my cars. The quality is exceptional and I doubt that any others compare to these, and it's likely they'll help me live longer as well. This is one time when you actually get what your pay for, if not more.

These glasses are great. They make driving at night much easier as they block out the glare of oncoming vehicle lights. I just put them over my glasses. They are not too tight and cover them completely. They do not hinder your vision. I was really surprised when I first put them on as to how much better it was to drive.
