works as expected, has that old-school feel/look to it with minor engineering improvements. definitely easy to hook up, however I still find that I have to count the chain links to ensure it's even and where i want it lined up. I don't get that anti-sway feeling other people swear by but it seems to handle our 36ft toy hauler OK. I think I still might want the third friction bar to assist in high wind scenarios but I haven't had it on long runs just yet. It seemed a little hefty on the pricetag but I guess if you need the higher weight ratings you gotta pay up...
