This turned out to be a decent machine. I was worried because the base feels super lightweight. The cuff is actually lightweight as well. Not like the cuffs they use at Provider offices.It uses 4 AA batteries or you can plug it in via USB cord. It isn't a C connector though. The cord isn't super long so you'll need to stay close to the power source.Make sure to unwrapped the cuff completely and then adjust it through the metal part. If you don't, the cuff will squeeze your arm super tight and give a high, false pressure. Mine was a high top number.Not adjusting the cuff correctly will also cause a high pressure.It comes with a cheap cloth bag to put it in. It's just big enough to fit everything. I was pleased that all the pieces fit into the bag without fighting it.Easy to use. Just put in batteries or use the power cord, put the cuff on your arm, and press the Start/Stop button.Not a bad option if you don't have a lot of money.

Works for me and I haven't had any issues. I would like to take it in to the dr's office one day to compare it to one of their machines but, in the meanwhile, it does work for keeping track of a baseline. I will notice a bit more pressure than usually when it squeezes my arm but it's brief and not particularly painful. Since I don't have any actual health complaints at the moment and just want to have a baseline on hand for myself it's a great value for me.

Very good BP monitor for the price. Surprised by how inaccurate other reviews are. The readings are very clear, the instructions are easy to follow (if you even need them), the air cord is plenty long enough, the cuff does not get too tight, the readings are fast and accurate (they match very closely my other BP monitor) the USB cable for power is C (and that is what I use always as so convenient). The only nice thing would be if it illuminated the screen.

It does the job.Problems:The display screen is cluttered and intimidating at first, but there's a page in the instructionsThe instructions are confusing and painful to read, English so badBatteries were not includedInstructions said nothing about the USB cable, or how the irregular heartbeat indicator is set off.There's no guide that shows what a healthy reading should look like. Although it's easy to find online, it just makes sense to include in the package.Neutral observations:You are supposed to be in a certain position when getting measured, and calm. I took several readings at my desk, some while at rest and others while writing/reading angry comments. The calm readings were normal, the other ones were quite unhealthy as you might expect.Cool things about it:You can set the date and time, so every reading gets recorded by its time and you can look through the memory to review them all.There's two user profiles so you can do the above with up to two people. I think you can delete readings so that means you can measure a third or fourth person just to check them, and then delete their readings without affecting the timelines of users 1 or 2.Comes with a convenient little bag that fits everything.

This review is for the following item: Blood Pressure Monitor for Home Use, Upper Arm Blood Pressure Machine with Large Cuff (8.7’’-16.5’’), Automatic BP Cuff with Large Screen, 2 User, 198 MemoriesThis blood pressure monitor is easy to use and the instruction manual is pretty easy to understand.I have low blood pressure and do not need to have the cuff inflate so very tight. This pumped up to 178 on the screen before the pressure was slowly released. By the time it was reading my blood pressure, the reading was accurate and I found that pretty amazing since I was beginning to stress out about how tight the cuff was on my arm. My blood pressure reading was 93/62. So it sure didn't need to pump up so tightly.I did try it again a few hours later thinking it now knows that my blood pressure is low as the previous reading was stored in the machine. But the same thing happened and the cuff pumps up so tight that it was hurting my arm.I do not have that issue with my other blood pressure monitor.But I can say that it is accurate and the readings I got were right in the ballpark with my other monitor.The monitor runs on 4 AA batteries that are not included. It also comes with a USB cable. A storage bag is included so you can keep it out of reach of children or pets. And everything is all together when you need to toss it into a suitcase.
