Not sure of the abec rating of 9. 2 of the bearings had a stutter spinning. but for the price not bad

The come packed in a plastic tube. I use them for 3D printing projects, so this is handy for storing the ones I don't use right away. Seem good quality, and spin well.

The Good: cheap price, would probably work fine in a clean and dry environment.The not so good: I very highly doubt their ABEC-9 rating. I can almost guarantee these are not actually certified at that rating. There is some side to side play, but no up and downplay.Also, the seals are mediocre. I used them in my Heelys for about a week, which get about as much exposure and use as a skateboard. Then they started getting noisy and having issues. So I removed them and popped the seals off to investigate. I can see the gap between the seal and the inner race, which explains how dirt and moisture got in so easily in less than a week. It even caused one of them to jam. I cleaned the bearings, and I’m trying some better lubricant, to see how they do. But with the seals having that gap, I don’t have high confidence. I would suggest marine grease if you plan to use them in any place that has any level of moisture or dirt. Even then…. Cheap price, cheap bearings.Update: Tried Red N Tacky grease. Still leaks out the gap between the seal and the inner race. So yeah, the seals aren’t sized great.

These bearings are great for the price once you lube them with a thin oil. I’m going to knock them one star because the yellow ones I ordered or more expensive than the blue ones I ordered however, they are the exact same earrings. 4 stars overall

I bought these for 3D printed projects that require bearings in the printed models. Bearings work as intended. Worth the money
