The griddle is a 1/4" higher in the center. Everything you cook slides to the sides of the pan. Contacted the company and they said 'that's how they make the griddle'. If it wasn't for that, it would be a really good griddle.

Fits perfect on our black stone grill. Very sturdy and held up to the rain storms that popped up unexpectedly. I usually put the grill up in bad weather.
