A message from founder and owner Evan Hafer
I started Black Rifle Coffee Company to provide a high-quality, fresh roast coffee to the pro-2A and Veteran communities. Between deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, I worked to refine both my coffee roasting skills and my firearms skills. I have spent over a decade researching coffee, refining my roast profiles and (of course) drinking what I roast. Black Rifle Coffee is quite literally the combination of my two favorite passions. I take pride in the coffee we roast, the Veterans we employ, and the causes we support.

It's not bad. I used a French press with this coffee, so I got to taste all the flavor notes and oils. I need to try other coffee options with Black Rifle before I make a larger decision on whether Black Rifle is better than some of my regular options. But I would recommend it to others.

This is without a doubt the best coffee I've ever made in my home. I do use a 32oz French Press and after I press down the plunger and pour my first cup I pour the remaining coffee into a thermos to stop the saturation process and to keep the coffee exactly where I want it. It also keeps the remaining coffee piping hot. I don't know how else to describe this flavor except that it's flavorful, smooth and has no bitterness. After my first pot of French Press I went ahead and bought another bag of beans. Now, four days later, every morning the flavor of the coffee has remained unchanged in my "brewing" process. I guess now I'll be spending so much money on this brand that I'll need to invest!

Wanted to support a pro-Veteran company and switched from Starbucks dark roast (usually Verona) and was delighted! Tastes great! Smooth, not acidic.

Black Riffle Beyond Black is one of my favorites! The flavor is rich and bold, with just the right amount of intensity. It’s perfect for anyone who loves a deep, full-bodied coffee. I always look forward to brewing a cup of this!

I make cold brew coffee at home. I typically buy beans from Costco (Starbucks brand), but I’ve tried quite a few different brands over the last 4 years. Recently I haven’t been liking my cold brew —it’s been bitter or not strong enough. So I’ve been making some changes like length of time I brew for, “coarseness” of the grind etc. I also wanted to try new beans—did a little research and general recommendation is a dark roast is best for cold brew. Of all the beans I’ve tried these have made the best tasting, perfect cold brew and I will not be changing anything else or buying any other coffee beans because these outdo all the others by a landslide. Thank you Black Rifle!Spectacular, I’ll have 14 of them !!!!!

Black Rifle Coffee’s Blackbeard’s Delight is hands-down my favorite from the brand. It has a rich, bold flavor that’s smooth and satisfying, making it feel like a real treat every time. The price might be a little higher than average, but it’s worth every penny if you want to treat yourself to something truly delicious. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a premium coffee experience!
