This seems to be a well constructed HT holder. The construction is nothing exceptional, but it seems to be pretty solid to me. This arrives with the clamp not attached to the mount, but assembly is trivial. There is a foam pad, inside the HT holder, and they include an extra one too. With my Yaesu VX-6, it is snug, and my radio doesn't bounce around. I wasn't able to get it in quite the position I wanted. My bike's handlebars don't have a horizontal bar, so due to the limited range of motion of this mount, I had limited places I could mount it. This is easy to attach to your handlebars, and the clamp works well.
