Made a huge difference in comfort for long rides. Installing them was easy, just make sure the tip is pushed all the way back so it doesn’t interfere with how the cleat clips in. Took a couple rides to get used to both legs finally being in the same position but after adjusting to them, my hips are balanced, and no more pain in my foot, the opposite leg or lower back from compensating for a slightly shorter leg.
