This bag is big enough for my purposes, but....... The straps are not comfortable. It is folded over in the middle which is where it lands on your shoulder. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and used it for a week. I had to put a purse organizer in it because I like to know where everything is and be able to get to it quickly. So... back to the shoulder trap... It tends to twist so the sewn folded side is on your shoulder causing a bit of pain until you fix it. I am not a fan. I should've looked before I bought but this bag is not for me. Hope this helps someone else who is looking into this bag.
