Some sprockets have holes to mount on disk brake hubs. This appears to be a disk brake hub and it works with my sprockets. I needed 6 washers to keep the sprocket from hitting my frame, but it works fine now.With a 26" rim, we used 254 mm spokes in the 2 cross configuration and it works fine.

This hub is a good idea, but very poorly made. Nothing is concentric to the axle. So everything runs eccentric/wobbles relative to the axle, and in different ways. The flanges are not square to the hub. The cartridge thread is not square. This all makes for a wheel that is impossible to get to run true. The same hub, machined from aluminum, with sealed bearings, with a flange for 3 hole 80mm sprockets would have been much more ideal. Pretty much unusable.

Make sure to purchase all the necessary components at once including the free wheel, also I am using this for a motorized bike and would like to say, make sure you have the correct parts before assembling it all

I didn't measure my bike before buying and product was two inches longer than my frame could accept, but a floor jack made plenty of room

I user theses hubs for motorized bike builds. The 6 holes in each side give me a good variety of mounting options for brakes and sprockets.
