If the acoustic signal is switched on, three Beeps will sound once the measurement is complete if the temperature is equal to or higher than 100.4 ° F.Fever alarm: the fever alarm signals according to the result of the measurement. It never gives an accurate reading. It's difficult to determine if someone is running a fever when the thermometer is very inconsistent with its readings. This morning, I felt like I might be running a fever, along with other symptoms. I go to check my temperature and the thermometer read 88.5, I took my temp in the other ear & it read 90.8. I'm going to the doctor for diagnosis, but I cannot tell them if I had a fever, only that I suspected a fever due to my symptoms. Buy a more reliable brand, this one will end up in a landfill.

Very accurate ! Works fast ! Nothing fancy but works very good ! No lights to see the screen wish it was but it works great !

Not sure of accuracy. Different reading every few minutes. No probe covers. Can't find any covers that fit this particular thermometer here on Amazon. Wish I had purchased a 'no touch' thermometer in the first place. Not happy with purchase.

I am glad that I ordered this before people are scrambling due to covid19. It appears that it reads an accurate body temp measurement. Easy to use,. Comes with extra tip covers for hygienic purposes.

It’s so quick and easy. The ear protector always sticks in my ear and then falls out. Do we really need ear condoms? Maybe. I’m open to it. The thing came with 6 of them. It’s all worth not having to keep something under your tongue for 2 minutes. 30 seconds!!!

I love this product because of the convenience made with the technology used. The infrared technology gives me my results almost instantly which is great when dealing with young and fussy children and then gives me a quick indication of whether the temperature is good and/or bad with the use of smiley faces. It also allots 10 memory spaces which I love because I can track the progression of my/my children’s temperature without having to write it down or go off my memory. It’s simply just easy to use and well-designed.
