This bedspread is very cute and looks perfect in my son’s teal bedroom. It’s light-weight and great for warm weather.However, not long after we purchased the bedspread, while our son was going through a bed-wetting phase, we would wash it several times a month and it faded very quickly. The vibrant colors are no longer bright, and the bedspread looks old and worn. So, it’s not super amazing quality. If you don’t need to wash frequently it is a nice choice.

As the other reviewers say, it is quite light weight. But it's perfect for summer or for a kid who sleeps very warm year round. My 4 year old is a very warm sleeper and wears shorts and tshirts to bed year round. This blanket is perfect for him! If we find that he needs more warmth in the winter, I plan to simply layer it with another blanket underneath - not hard to do and it's something I do on my own bed. We just got it, so I can't speak to long term quality yet, but it is really adorable and perfect for his construction themed room. Note: the main color is WHITE not GREY I had read that in one review, so I wasn't surprised and either one was fine with me, but it is definitely white if that is important for you!

It's a very lightweight blanket.. Great for our little one who's just getting used to his big boy bed! So far we've washed & dried it and no fadding or tearing has occurred.

It’s a little lighter weight than I originally thought, especially for a quilt like fabric, but other than that,’ s nice. Comes with one pillow case and the comforter, so I still had to go find sheets.

It was pretty crisp and stiff until it was washed quite a few times. Now its nice and soft!Perfect thickness for the summer months.
