I used it for a single point swing hook and it worked great. The unit is very heavy duty, the first thing out of the package I noticed was the weight - it was so heavy that it had actually blown out of the box and was inside the shipping package on arrival. I like that the mounting holes are aligned to where you can screw it into a single joist. The bearings operate smoothly and spin freely, and the swinging feature is silent due to rubber bushings. Installation was easy, just two screws through the holes and its installed. Holds a lot of weight and will last a long time.

Just the thing we needed for our Sons speed bag and punching bag. It is very durable and made very well. The ease to set up is great and the metal is very high quality and durable. There is no noise when hitting the bag and its very simple to put up and take down. Came with all the hardware needed to ut it up nicely wherever needed. Great value for the amount that you pay for.

These brackets were easy to install and are very durable, they hold our 100 lb boxing bag easily and it’s super sturdy and functional!

Looks plenty sturdy enough for a 70, 80, 90lb plus heavy bag.And likely egg swing, or similar w/ about any size individual in it, depending on how you install it add into what sort of material.Swivels very smooth and easy.. only thing I'd assume might ever fail just on appearance alone would be the cross bolt linkage, (1/4".. 3/8"..?)Going to install horizontally as a place to fasten/attach resistance bands on a flat wall for now, but I think this will end up finding a little tougher job soon.Recommending.....
