I bought a couple of these to hold a large awning out of the way under a beam over winter. It's been doing the job now for a couple of seasons, so happy to recommend.

Looked exactly like the part I ordered - quite sturdy and holding a heavy bag very well

This worked out perfect to hang the heavy bag to the I-beam in the basement. Very short instructions, but that's because it's pretty easy to figure out how to attach. Seems solid and very happy with the results and strength. Works great!

So easy to use much better than fixed bag wall brackets

Used it to hang an 80lb punching bag from a 4inch steel beam in the basement. So far no problems.

A little clunky at first but once you get them set, they’re great and a fiscally responsible option compared to some on the market

Worked great to hang a swing kids chair from the beam in the basement. Would be ideal for punching bags as well. Once the bolts are tightened it stays in place really nicely.

Ciao
