INSTALLATION STEPS
🛠Pre-drill two holes in the wooden beam, it is recommended to use a drill bit smaller than 0.2 inches.
🛠Pass the screw through the hole in the base of the swing hanger, and use a wrench or electric drill to tighten the screw.
🛠Connect the carabiner to your sandbag.

📏Each chain measures 15.5 inch long including the carabiner and the whole assembly is 18.5 inch long
📏The diameter of the holes on the swing hanger base is 0.31 inch, and the hole spacing is 2.05 inch

Perfect to hold my 100lb bag. I managed to shear off the heavy duty eyebolt that held up my bag but this mount gives me confidence it will last. Only downside is the bearings that allow the bag to spin are very good and it doesn't take much to get the bag to spin in a circle. The good thing is that it forces me to hit the bag squarely to prevent that from happening. No worries over uneven wear on the bag. Not cheap but worth it.

Great for hanging the punching bag. I like it's ability to hang on the side of the floor joist as additional option versus typical under the joist mount. Works great with the punching bag as it allows for rotational movements

A little disappointed because I was so excited for this kit to come, opened the box and there's no hardware... no screws for me to hang it when that is supposed to be included. So now I have to go out and buy screws just to be able hang the bag. Everything else looks okay but I won't know for sure until I am able to actually hang the bag.
