This is honestly a very pretty hanging pendant light and I think the fact that it is solar is so neat! It's so efficient and pretty at the same time. We are planning to use it underneath a canopy. It's not a hard install and the light is plenty bright. The lantern light itself is well made.

This is a great light. It's large enough to be seen from a distance and provides a large amount of light. The construction is great and it has a modern-meets-farm style that I love. This will be a pleasant way to light up the porch in Spring/Summer/Fall. The Michigan overcast skies of Winter would be too much for it, however. Solar lights tend to stay on during overcast days, exhausting the battery before nightfall, so this would not be appropriate for Winter lighting. But I don't mind because I want to be out there enjoying it. This is a lovely design. Highly recommended.
