Works great, but more importantly this bearing tool is comfortable in your hand while using it. This one is great! The cheaper versions on Amazon do the same thing, but are sharp and very uncomfortable to put any pressure on (necessary when swapping bearings!) Buy this one!

Beats using your fist to push in bearings and making your thumb sore. This little guy is a small and mighty tool and if you use it right, i do not feel as though it will break though use pushing and pulling bearings (usually i just use my trucks to pull the bearings, but this tool works fine as well.).

This product is a must for 8mm bearings only!.Helped me a whole lot, seeing how I did my first wheels manually.Don't worry, just purchase. Check your bearings size 1st. Only works with 8 mm.

This works great for pressing bearings INTO wheels, but it isn't quite sturdy enough to handle pulling bearings OUT of hard wheels. It did a great job pressing new bearings into a set of 101A durometer wheels, but when I tried to pull the bearings OUT of those, or even my slightly softer 95A wheels, the little pegs that hold the bearing on the tool weren't sturdy enough to hold on in order to pull the bearings out and the tool would just slip right out without pulling the bearing out of the wheel. When it came time to pull a set of bearings out of my outdoor wheels, I didn't even bother trying to use the tool to pull the bearings out, I just popped them out with the axles of my trucks and then used the tool to press the bearings into the new wheels. If you're looking for something that can reliably pull bearings out, I'd invest the money in a fancier tabletop bearing press/pull setup. BUT if you can make do with using axles to pop out bearings and want a convenient and inexpensive tool to put in new bearings, this tool is the best bang for your buck.

Loooooove! Now that I have the proper bearings anyway. They won't work on the sealed bearings that came with my skates. But they work perfectly for the bones bearings I just bought. Not sure what it was exactly that kept it from working on the other bearings. But the only structural difference between the two is that the ones I replaced were sealed completely with metal on both sides, and the new ones have removable shields over the bearings on both sides. It just didn't want to grab the sealed bearings.

Io l'ho preso per lo skateboard e funziona bene, per altri attrezzi (pattini, roller ecc) non lo so, devono essere cuscinetti con diametro 8 mm.Magari è un po' caro.... ma ha la bandiera svizzera sopra :D

This was much quicker than fighting with the other tool (the Sonic one shaped like a triangle axle), but I would still recommend that other tool since it's perfect for inline skate wheel maintenance (assuming standard 8mm bearings). This tool was also very intuitive to use.As another reviewer said it seems to be useless at first try if you are trying to pull out the first bearing with a spacer installed; however, I was able to figure out how to pull that first bearing out without the tool being fully engaged. I did have help since I had placed bearing oil around the outside of the bearings when I originally installed them (the surface that makes contact with the wheel hub, not the rubber covers for the bearings). I used the same technique as the one that I used for the Sonic tool's bearing puller, I did not pull straight out instead I angled the puller. The difference with this puller is that you can then rock it back and forth while pulling. It takes me one or two pulls using that technique to get the first bearing out (and I don't need super grip strength to hold the wheel with the other hand like I had to do with the Sonic). Once the first bearing is out, it's easy to pull the other bearing, much easier than the sonic tool.I liked it so much I am buying another one for a team mate.
