Cruisy, fun FAST and STABLE. Get deep great carves at speed VERY stable. Yet playful and lively at the same time. This is my 2nd pair.

Bears design is simple and effective for any longboard size (19" eggboard pictured). The colorways look really clean, but it is a soft coat and scratches EXTREMELY easily.Pros:- The metal seems sturdy and should last- Classic RKP design done right (the pivot cup creates a suctioned seal, haven't seen that before)- Stock bushings are a Tall Cone on top, and a cutout Barrel bottom that fits perfect in the truck. Unsure of the duro hardness (my guess is around 95) but they have a snappy turn. Good for stock.- Cool colorways- Serial numbers on both trucks!! You always know top and bottom, every truck should include serial numbers.Cons:- Some rust in the bolt ends, but the hangers themselves were clean. Something I think could have been lasered off.- Paint job was either not settled or they didn't put a final seal coat on, but I cannot stress enough that any hard impact will remove paint. Taking both trucks out of the box I made a nice gouge accidentally rotating the trucks on the table, took it down to the silver from nothing. So enjoy the color while you have it. This is a con but not a deal breaker!4/5 because of the paint, Performance is 5/5.

I've had my pair of BEAR trucks for nearly a year now on my LandYacht and I couldn't be happier. I've rode many different trucks throughout the many years I've skated/longboarded but these BEAR trucks are THE REAL DEAL. It's not an insane blueprint on the design of them, they're extremely practical and they are extremely sturdy. I ran up the side of a curb on accident pretty fast and hard several months ago, the hardware is still as good as it was when I got them brand new!I've rode in all different types of weather with these bad boys, honestly I had a tough fall/winter where all I had to get to work everyday was my longboard, and these trucks got me there and back no problem. It's 4 miles a day, and for nearly a year they've held up. In the cold they don't squeak or squeel on me, they don't lock up, they don't have any misalignment issues with the kingpins.I think the only issue I've had which happened just recently was that the bolts that fasten the trucks to the board were coming loose. Something about the nut unscrewing itself while I was riding. I ride hard, and the ground I cover isn't the greatest. A lot of sidewalk cracks, a lot of bumpy concrete. It was getting to the point I had to make sure the hardware was tight but I forgot to do that the other day and 3 out of 4 bolts fell out. I looked down and it was scary to see my trucks were hanging on by one bolt. The bolt bent, but somehow the hardware on that held up. My board wasn't damaged where the bolt entry lies. I ordered new bolts and nuts and I'm not having that issue anymore. Zero pressure cracks on the board and I can attribute that to the risers I placed under the trucks.All in all, this is an amazing product. It's appearance exteriorally is very traditional, but performance-wise these trucks are truly capable of handling many terrains, it retains it's manauverability throughout the course of it's usage, it is extremely reliable, and an extremely sturdy product.I recommend these to anyone whether you're just starting out, or if you're a seasoned carver who likes to run parking garages and winding roads.
