So this was not machined correctly andnthe two pieces did not fit together. Called BD up and they don't warranty their products if sold through Amazon. A great company stands behind their product regardless of who the seller is.

Install was straight forward and the manifold looks pretty beefy. Will see how well it holds up over time but I am very impressed with this one over the cheaply stock manifold. Wish they would include studs and gaskets with the amount of money you’re paying for this manifold.

This was a ‘while I’m at it’ upgrade. I was upgrading my turbo, cam, studs and injectors with 213K on the odo. So rather than drilling another hole for a second pyro probe (already had one for my Banks water injectors) for a pyro gauge, I might as well improve my reliability with a 2 piece manifold with its added performance flow and it already pre-drilled for 2 probes.

2005 Dodge Ram 3500 5.9L QCLBI like the product and fitment, went in nicely and works very well. 🤙 BUT…. the BD bolt kit was a disaster, 10mm bolts with spacers having a 9.5mm diameter, hmmm 🤔 ohhh simple math tells me it won’t fit 🤷♂️🤓🤣Quality Control????

Good product. I wasn't impressed with 2 flaws in bolting it up. The first is when bolting it to the turbo where the right front bolt starts to touch the top (yes I ran it down all the way and used the correct ones in the 4 holes) of the slot they machined out (it seems tight now with no leaks but doesn't make me highly confident with it). The other issue is having to use the bottom bolt on cylinder 5 because they didn't provide enough access to get the right angle let alone a socket on it.

Easy installation, excellent product quality. Noticed towing improvement on hill climbs over OEM manifold. well worth the price and an excellent improvement/enhancement over the stock 06 Dodge Cummins 5.9L manifold. FYI, if you're gonna take the time to replace the exhaust manifold, you might want to consider replacing the manifold bolts with ARP studs. The OEM bolts will break as well as the OEM manifold is prone to cracking.This is an excellent product and I recommend to all 06 Dodge Cummins owners.
