The concept is cool and well thought up but maybe if there was like a screen version of this could be better? The holes and thickness of the metal don't match for a good quick drainage if your water comes out fast. Good temp replacement if your plug is broken on your sink but definitely not that good. If any hair or gunk does get in it you have to empty it immediately or your drain acts clogged basically. Needs to be a way to make these things drain more efficiently

This Anteecana Bathroom Sink Drain Stoppers with Hair Catcher for 1.1-1.5 in,Universal Stainless Steel Pop Up Sink Drain Stopper is not the greatest. When cleaning the sing the top comes off and it slows the water flow to almost nonexistent.

Works perfectly in my bathroom sink.

This stopper worked as expected. It fit well in my sink and sat pretty flush so when you stop it the water stays in the sink pretty well. It also has a nice mesh basket that does a good job of catching the hair along with any other debris before it heads down and clogs my pipes. It does require some work periodically to clean it out but I'll take that over trying to unclog the drain every six months or so.

I had high hopes for this, but it doesn't fit in my builder grade sinks. The basket hits the plastic running guides for the original stopper that extend into the drain pipe. It does seem to be well made, and the design allows you to just pick the stopper out of the hole without having to unscrew it, which is kind of nice. That feature however, made the basket wide enough to interfere in my sink at least.

I didn't have any kind of stopper for my bathroom sink. And I was very nervous about losing my wedding ring down this nasty pipe. Something I did not want to have to break open and go retrieve something of value that fell down it. This thing has been perfect. I no longer worry. The first week alone it caught the toothpaste cap three times. I guess I was just Mr Butterfingers that week. Very easy to install, all you do is literally just drop it in the top. It does hold water decently well so have a tight fit but not too tight that you can't remove the the basket. The stopper plug is spring loaded. Which that part is also easy remove. Overall I'm very happy with this because of the simplicity. I like that my sink cannot hold a little more water or at least drain very slowly. So well worth having so you don't lose stuff down a nasty sink drain.

I have an old sink that doesn't have a drain insert and I'd been using a different one that looked a bit like a mushroom. It wasn't bad, but then my kids threw it out by mistake while cleaning so I needed a new one. This fits all standard bathroom sink so it was very easy to install. I like that this one allows me to stop up the sink as needed and is super easy to clean. Only downside is that certain sink shapes may end up holding a tiny bit of water as it drains because the lip of this thing, while thin, may prevent all water from draining. Overall, def recommend!
