I don’t buy wood very often, but this was a good purchase for my project. The planks work great for the type of art I’m getting into. I’ll be buying more.

I bought the 1/8" thickness of this wood, thinking I could cut it with a utility knife. Actually, you can, presuming the cuts are straight, and that you make about 10 passes. Needless to say, this is not the wood to buy if you need to make intricate or curved cuts. I bought this only because I couldn't find sheets of balsa in the size, quantity, or price I preferred. But I quickly learned that it is not an acceptable substitute. However, the quality of the wood is good, no warped pieces or knots.
