Zero stars would better describe the poor quality of this item. If you apply any pressure other than lightly resting your feet on the board it snaps. Not only did it snap once horizontally but it snapped a second time leaving me with enough board to fit half my foot, and I do t have very long feet so imagine. The metal frame excellent, but who cares if there isn’t anything left to put your feet on. Didn’t last six months.

I didn’t know how much I needed one of these. I got one of these after having an abdominal surgery because people said it was helpful, however, I use it all the time now many months after. It makes going to the bathroom so much easier and this is a very high quality stool. The legs are adjustable, which is amazing and it also folds down. It is very heavy duty and it looks much nicer than plastic.

I really love the 3 different height adjustments included in this potty stool. It's also got a pretty narrow profile, so while you can't spread your legs apart too far, the seat does fit in narrow bathrooms a lot better (and doesn't get in the way of my swinging bathroom door). You can also very easily fold down the support legs so that you can store it away compactly.

Brand new out of the box and the wood was dirty and scratched up. It had chips and had spots of mold. Will be returning this ASAP.

I really want to like this stool. I love the idea that it can be folded and put away when not in useI love the wood look and feelThe ability to fold it however is stiff.I tried to adjust the height and found not do so because the metal leg frame was bent. The screw had what appeared to be rust on them so definitely did not appreciate that

I liked that it came assembled, ready to use, out of the box. It is collapsible for storage and height adjustable. The cutout makes it easy to get close to the toilet base. The bottom of the legs have an anti slip padding so it stays in place well. About the only thing that I have an issue with is that my 4 year old tries using it to get up on the toilet and if he's not careful, it will try tipping over because he tries pushing against it to get up. I have shown him to try staying in the middle of it and not getting close to the edge. I may also try to raise it up the next notch or 2 and see if that helps with getting onto the toilet without having to push against it. All in all, it is a sturdy product and could be even better if there were a way to add a telescoping extension at the base to keep it from tipping.
