**update**I did receive my new pants in the mail and they seemed much better! Nothing was ripped or dirty, the seams held up after wearing them twice already. The difference is quite noticeable. They seem to be holding up great as well so I'm not sure if maybe the previous pants I received were worn for an extended amount of time and just returned but I do recommend the pair that was clearly brand new. They are stretchy but not too stretchy in the waist. The ankles are a little big, I wasn't expecting them to be skinny in the ankle but they are a little flimsy so they don't sit straight they kind of cave in and will have a lot of slack.I ordered these pants and have already submitted a replacement and will update my review if the problems are solved.FIRST OF ALL these pants were clearly worn and then returned. The pants sent to me have absolutely no tags and REEK of older woman perfume. The pants are so dirty and stained, and also many of the hems are broken. I would assume that maybe these pants were previously worn to an event and then returned because maybe they didn't fit correctly. They are also stretched out and the zipper is messed up as well. The quality did seem fair however I just don't enjoy wearing somebody else's clothes, especially if they are damaged... If they were just dirty I could toss them in the wash but these are actually unacceptable for what I paid.

❤️ I just want to take the time out too. Let everyone know how comfortable and nice these pants are. You will not be sending these back. They are so versatile and so comfortable. The quality is great.! I will look for other colors from the seller.

Very thin material, they are way too long come up too high on my stomach, these pants do not look good at all on me and I don't see how they would look good on anyone else unless you are very skinny and very tall. I really want to return these but I guess I've passed the return window so now I am stuck with them after spending money on something that I will never wear.

They are definitely stretchy and fit in the waist but they are way too long and the material is just cheap. Not “dress pant” worthy by any means. Very disappointed.

These are great pants. I needed a replacement for a pair of black pants that have faded. They fit nicely and have a great, unforgiving stretch. However, the 27 inch inseam is approx 33 inches. Not really a problem since they are so tapered I can scrunch them. If you don't want the excess material, you either have to have them altered or wear them bunched up.

These are perfect!I’m 5’ 5”, 125 lbs and bought a small, fits great. They are stretchy and comfy, but look tailored and professional. A little long, but I cuffed the bottom I’m and they’ve stayed.
