Easy to use. It seems to be slightly off balance, but that wasn’t a big deal. It would be nice if the discs had the grit printed on each one. Other than those couple of gripes, this worked good for my project.

This is great One can even get the shank in larger thicknesses for use in a drill the thinner stem sooner or later will bend so one should have a few of those but the hook and loop is strong so the sanding interface doesn’t just fly across the room , eventually yes it will so get a few

They are packaged separately and the pads are labeled. It's hard for me to determine quality of the paper. How you use it can greatly change how it performs. But for me, they work great.

I have used this product before and love them. I use them mostly on my wood lathe and mostly hold them in my hand and sand the surface of various products that I turn. I do not have to cut the sandpaper and I can select the grits I want to use whether it be for wood or resin. Little to no waste as is the problem with cutting your own from full sheets. For you turners that do not want to sand under power you can still make a holder of your own. Turn a handle that is comfortable to your hand and drill and glue a 7mm tube from a ink pen kit and slide the shaft of the sandpaper holder in to the tube and let the spin of the cup, bowl or whatever you are turning spin the sandpaper for you, very little chance of gauging your project.

The pads don't have adhesive. It's like Velcro and the pad kept shifting causing vibration.

Project: stripping then refinishing exterior panel doors. Many years and layers of urethane and varnish. Lots of nooks and crannies in a panel door. This tool handled the mid size areas (too small for the 5 inch random orbital, too big for the tiny drum sanders).Used with my old school plug in 1/4 inch drill. Need something with speed control as the fixed pad is "grabby" and will try to run away at higher speed, especially with new sand paper. Having the included various grits also helped lead to a smooth finish and success.Between the 3 tools...all sand paper and little tools from Amazon...the project was a rip roaring success.
