This item was literally JUNK. A part was missing but we worked around that. Then when we started to use it started smoking. Terrible plastic. Now still waiting on my refund.

The shaft which holds the grinding heads, is too big to fit through the nut which attaches to the rotating grinding shaft. The grinder is unusable.

At first startup the one received is very loud. The front "crimped" collar slid down and spun circular grooves into the end covered. Won't help to try and glue or recrimp. It vibrates alot; however, a person usually does not use this type of tool for long durations.Works well for intended purpose.

The one I received was not 1/4" . I used the collet from my old makita. This is 1/3 the price but the retaining collet is 5mm not 1/4" .This is why international space missions fail

does not have ac/dc switch-----cannot use 1/4 shank bits-----collet is machined to 6mm will not expand for 1/4 shank bits-----must use gloves as unit gets too hot to use without-----amazon needs to investigate companys selling on this platform for accuracy in advertising as now i have 1/4 cutter set that wont work with product as advertised, and now have to order cutters that WILL work.
