We are utilizing this product to date and time stamp invoices or other stuff received in the mail. It is an excellent and quality product and we don't need to worry about constantly changing the date.

Works great; been using it for 1.5 years now! The (SIMPLEX GRINNELL EP40/EP800 Ribbon - Purple) replacement ribbons fits this machine perfect! You can order these on Amazon 2 for $9.99 in which is cheaper than the manufacturer. Very happy and easy to use!

Just opened the box and got the machine ready for use in just a few minutes. The machine was pre-programmed by the company, so I didn't even have to do that part. Custom message and date/time print clearly on our cards. We are using the device as a date and time stamper for parking passes, and for this purpose it will be perfect.

The punch clock works well, but we tried to keep it synchronized with our POS system. But it seems to lose time, and we had to adjust the time to bring it back on track every week. It loses about a minute every two days. Other than that, it works well.

Let me first start by saying we are not using this as a time clock, but rather as an electronic stamper. The unit works well for what we are using it for, but if I had to do it over, I would have chosen something different based on my conversations with support. Support has been generally helpful and responds to questions. Is this unit or support perfect? No, but the unit works for our use and support responds the same day and seems to try and help solve the issue. If using this as a time clock, you will be happy. If you want to use this as an electronic stamp, you need to have several conversations AT first to find the correct product for your application. Entering the text to be displayed means cycling through hex like code to input the character. Please see attached image for code and printout.
