Well it really is waterproof. Only problem is it begins to sag, causing the water pool once it rains. Then you have to constantly push the water off with a broom. Otherwise it'll get too heavy and bust I assume. I even installed it at a good angle. And still the water collects and the darn thing looks pregnant from underneath.

Got this for my aunts yard and it wasn’t great! It was hard to put up and it ripped pretty easy. She only used it one summer and than tossed it in the trash

Love the color and the shade. But.... this shade, because it is waterproof it gathers water in it if one corner is not lower than the other. Be careful when you install!

It's good for shade. Had adjustable hooks for attaching corners to hooks. Put at an angle so rain beads off or it will create a pocketnof rain.

I've never installed one of these before, and I bought a rectangular one. It was fairly easy to install, pretty straightforward and it seems to be holding up fine. I did however purchase a decent length of braided stainless cable to run from corner to corner above and below the sunshade so it would not stretch when the wind would hit it. Using that cable across the surface above and below the sunshade has made a world of difference on how stable it seems to be...

I bought a 12x16 shade with my space between posts 11 x 14 and realized how smaller is compared to description. The corners of the shade are longer and I guess that’s how they consider the measurements; however even with those corners longer cut in middle measured is 10.5 x 14.5. I was ok yo install a bigger shade as plans were for overhang above posts but now is stretched … please when you sell something at least in description add all sizes as this is not a rectangle.
