Although I still use this, it runs EXTREMELY hot! Cooked a 14# turkey, overdone and dry in about 1 hour!Have turned it down to 300*, but still hotter than it should be.After 2 uses, the handle broke in 2, barely usable.I’d get a different brand.I do however like the removable insert and the roasting rack with handles.Oh, and NEVER TOUCH the roaster anywhere after you turn it on!!!!!!
