Handle was broken. Several dents and had to bend lid to get it to seal properly. But it was used and so was taking a chance. First and last time for used. It cooked the turkey just fine. Only need it once a year so will use it till it doesn't work

There were a few spots that seemed to cool a lot hotter than my other roasters. A recipe that I have made dozens of times burned this time with same settings and size roaster as I have used in the past. Easy to clean though!

I used this roaster to cook my Thanksgiving turkey with a roaster bag. It turned out beautiful browned up nice and it was so tender and juicy. Clean up was a breeze.
