Fits perfectly, I was just taping the hole shut before. Much better and more civilized was to cover it with this cap!

Nice little piece, easy to install. I honestly can't believe what a difference this makes with dust extraction. The saw and extractor combo I have is pretty impressive, but I honestly think I could saw in the house with little to no dust. Wow.

The idea is great and if the cover fit it would be a nice addition to the track saw. I've always used a piece of painters tape over the access hole on the track saw cover but saw this in use by a few YT folks. But the execution of the idea needs work. It's a nicely finished 3D printed plastic shield but it is too loose to snap in place - it needs a piece of tape to hold it in place. I tried emailing the seller on their website but never received a reply. I'd send it back but it seems hardly worth the trouble. It may fit other versions of the TS55 track saw but will not fit the TS55EQ so if that's your saw, stick with the tape.

For years now Iβve covered the blade opening on my Festool TS55 with a piece of Scotch Exterior Surface Painterβs Tape. The track saw is great at minimizing dust but a small piece of tape over the blade but access port helps improve the dust collection. I decided to spoil myself and get this ToolCurve Arbor Cover. Fit and finish is great and looks like an OEM accessory. A fantastic upgrade that doesnβt look home made.

Not sure why Festool hasn't figured out something to fix the gaping hole on the side of their saws, but they sure have! It works great, flexes well without breaking for when you need to remove it for blade changes. Only thing is it seems pricey for what is a 3d printed part, but throw in free shipping and it's right on par with what else is out there.

This was the first of now going to be many purchases from tool curve. Product fit on my track saw perfectly and I am more then please with the product. It already made a great tool better , thanks Tool curve for a great product and amazing customer service.

A couple pieces chipped off when I snapped it into place. Does improve dust collection. Not sure what will happen when I try to remove it to change the blade⦠This may be better if made from a flexible product (silicone?)

Ordered the arbor cover to go with my TS55. Came the next day and fit perfect with no extra force necessary. This addition significantly improved the dust collection when paired with the vacuum. Looks great, works as it should.
