This pump is a work horse. I use it to empty a pot in a basement that has a slow but consistent supply of water from a water heater drain. It has worked now for many months without any sign of slowing down.

Way under the house was a bad pump, so I changed it outFound the answer as to why I have a year round oasis down by a tree, the pumps drain out there, wild life are seen there often

Too soon to tell. No heavy rain since installation. Thankfully I had ordered an extra hose when replacing the hose on the old pump a couple years ago. This new pump used a smaller hose...our installer was able to configure to the new pump.

It’s has only been 2 months but this pump out performs others in price group and numbers are pretty close to as advertised.Giving 4 stars due to the lack of first hand experience with product.

Time will tell but this pump was a bargain compared with a big brand with similar description. It has been installed for a couple of months running a couple of times per day. I did not use the supplied float switch since I have a battery backup system that already had one.

After finally finding the warranty contact information - which is an email in case the next person with an issue wants to know. The Aquastrong warranty department contacted me right away and provided me with instructions on what they needed to help with the warranty issue. Once I provided them with the information, they sent me a replacement pump. My apologies for entering a bad review when I could not find their warranty contact information. I would definitely purchase and work with Aquastrong in the future as their actions show that they are a respectable company.I take back the complaint I sent in below as I am a satisfied customer. Be aware of this product- if you have a problem with it, I could not find any place to contact about warranty issues. My pump stopped working and I could not find any contact info for warranty or spec's breakdown on to try and figure out how to repair it myself. I would not recommend purchasing this product due to the warranty issues.
