Your cart is empty. 110v transformer plugs into standard 2 prong outlets (North American style) to provide the needed power for the Aquatec CDP 8800 boster pump. The ability to purchase the transformer only allows you to get just the part you need, ideal for custom setups or replacement.
NOTE: This transformer is designed for the the CDP 8800 pump and 110v power supply. 220v transformers, transformers with different style plugs (international), and transformers for the CDP 6800 are also available online or by phone.

I recommend replacing the CDP6800 power supply with this power supply, that is meant for the large CDP8800 pump. If the CDP runs too long it over heats and damages the power supply. The CDP pump power supply does not have overload protection. Moving to this larger power supply gives the capacity for the CDP6800 to run longer, without the risk of overdrawing the power supply.

I've had 2 of these power supplies for my 8800 pump. Both have died after running less than 1 year. I wish I could find a more reliable alternative.

My CDP 6800 pump runs for over an hour every day with the RO filter. The original power supply for the CDP 6800 is under-powered and heats up. I've replaced it twice before finding out that other people are using the CDP 8800 power supply on their CDP 6800 pump. Hopefully it'll last longer than the OEM power supply.

Works great on my 8800 pump. Original supply (17 yr old smaller wall wart version) still worked but the pump would stall when my pressure tank was near full. This solved the problem.

This supply holds up very well but does not have overload protection built in. It has a connector that will plug directly into the Aquatec Motor very easy to install.

I really wanted to return the transformer that failed in 15 minutes use on the 6800 pump, but just ordered the larger capacity 8800 supply that has worked well on either pump
