This item can't fix my issue. I'm not sure what happened but the car is still open the vent and can't understand because you don't have a support team available.

at first i thought about it due to some reviews saying it was hard to install and that it needed to be calibrated ALL OF THAT IS WRONG!!! I installed it in just a matter of minutes and once i was done i tried it out and it work BETTER THEN BEFORE colder faster air im very happy with this all for a good price

After install you need to do a calibration. Will not work properly until it is calibrated.
