I get cold easily and these items are soft and warm. Fit perfectly. I’m not sure about water proof since I’ve never worn it in the rain. But good quality.

Quality is pretty low, everything is on the thinner side and the scarf knit is loose in some areas so there are small holes. I guess the material is meant to be bunched up to hold any warmth. The touch screen gloves do not work on my touch screen, but they are comfortable. Similar quality to the other items, will not do anything if you live in a really cold area with snow. The earmuffs are a thin piece of fuzzy fabric stretched over a wire frame, not comfortable, also not very big as they do not cover my ears completely. Hat is long. It's one of those that has extra space flapping around at the top, even with the folded end built in.
