The side straps have a very cheap, plastic connector that will break. I highly recommend buying some gorilla duct tape to secure the straps when this happens. If you leave it on the goal after you finish, it can be used for several training sessions. The other option is to cut a hole in the strap and attach a velcro band. The other thing you will need is some decent steaks. The ones that come with the product are complete crap. Lastly, the bands that connect the bottom of the material are way too lose. I haven't come up with a good solution to fix this problem.

I bought this for my 13-year old grandson and these are his words. “The net is good but really hard to put on the goal. It has straps, but clips would have made it so much easier. I’d give it 4 stars because of that.” It does get the job done!

The net itself seems fine. I like the fact it only has the corner bins. I did not want a net that had targets at the goal eye level or in the center of the goal. However, the very first time I pulled on the straps to tighten it. I broke the buckle. Instead of returning it and risking ordering just another net that has a different issue I simply ordered more robust snap style buckles for 25 bucks off Amazon and replaced the cheap flimsy ones that came with this net. Even with buying the buckles, my total investment is still considerably less than some of the other nets. But if you’re not handy and not interested in replacing the buckles, I would suggest trying a different net.
