Application
1.The cutting speed:VC=20-25m/min
2.The reasonable rotate feed amount shall be fn=0.08-0.13mm/r.The reasonable feed rate shall be vf=36-60mm/min. "Weldon shank" annular cutters have 2 flats and fix in the chuck by tightening grub screws in the two flat areas.
3. Insert the ejector pin inside the annular cutter.Fill the coolant tank with oil lubrication,never use the machine without lubricant.

Barely worked with aluminum. Just tried using today, to cut a 2" hole in mild steel...couldn't even get 1/32 into it and the blades dulled... Horrible!

At first pass, not bad. They look like decent cutters. However just tossing them into whatever case you have laying around seems kinda lazy. As you can see from the case beside it, other suppliers are fitting the cutters into a nice fitted case. Fitted cases are good for toting around to the job site. Will be using these this weekend so a follow-up is on the way.

Just used one of them to bore out a seized pin in a small crane, had to bore in from each end to get the cylinder out than bore the rest out of the cylinder (6 inches total)afterwards worked fine and still seem sharp.

These are fairly consistent cutting sets. Fit as expected, sharp, consistent cutting. Looking forward to seeing the longevity of the cutting edge.

Only cut 2 holes & the bit I used performed well. I expect the others in the set to perform well in the future. Time will tell.It should be noted, because it seems many are unaware ~ Angular Cutter require slow speed, consistent non-varying pressure & continues oil lubrication. If you deviate from this you will overheat/destroy the cutter & get poor life & results. Cutters are expensive, Oil is cheap, don't be sparring with the oil.

I like the set overall. The bits cut fairly decent as long as you keep cutting oil on them. I did have one of the bits randomly shattered after 6 or so holes.
