These are a great craft activity They are sturdy and absorb color from the pens well. I would have liked more pens. I ended up using some sharpies. I didn't mind because I think these are worth it even without the pens. I highly recommend.

My grandkids colored the eggs with the provided thin tipped markers. They had a great time making them and gave them something to create during their visit. The colored painted wooden eggs looked so cute on the small lighted birch style tree lit t with LED lights.

I used these with Sunday School kids. They worked well but don’t rely on the markers that come in the pack. We hung them on a white Christmas tree for Easter and they looked very good.
