Does not come with a wiring diagram. But it's simple enough to figure out. If replacing just make note (or pic) of how the one your replacing is wired. Also does not come with GCFI

This switch ordered for replacement on boat lift. Wired as instructed. Motor would run in up position but not in down position. Rechecked my wiring at switch, all good. Scratched head and searched to see if switch was compatible with motor. Found this picture of this motor wired to this type of switch. Rewired motor as shown,, all good. The old switch’s name started with a B.

Seems well made. Ended up having to look up the instructions online. Up seems to be down and vise versa. I double checked the wiring at both the motor and switch. Maybe it's just the switch labeling. The up/down labeling seems odd with the arrows point in opposite directions. Anyway it works.
