It's a great board and great quality letters but it wasn't as described. I only received white letters and no bags. I still love what I got but honesty goes a long way Mr. Seller!

While the board itself is of good quality, the letters included are NOT as described. Rather than the 460 pre-separated letters in two colours promised, I received 300ish letters, white only, not detached. Very disappointed as I chose this product over equally well-reviewed but cheaper examples because of the number/type of letters supposedly included. I see another reviewer has had the same problem, so I would warn others against taking the risk and ordering this product as you may not get what you pay for!

The product received is not what is described: it came with only 315 one color letters instead of 450 letters in 2 colors. In addition the letters were not in bags but all attached and had very hard time to disconnect smoothly - A few had to be sanded. I ordered it twice, and twice received a item different from what listed.

Gave this to my 10 year old niece for Christmas. She loved it. She likes having different colours of.letters and the emojis and symbols it comes with.

I gave this as a gift and they were very impressed with how fancy it looked in photos. Plenty of letters with duplicates to spell pretty much anything.

Letters were already disconnected so you have to search and search for what you need without knowing how many of each letter even exist in the set. Other than that it was fine. Looks great in photos.
