So far so good - this cover is far superior to the last one we purchased. This cover is excellent quality and has cable built into the edge and around each corner with metal plates to reinforce as well.The inferior one had NO cable in the design and lasted less than 24 hours - when a corner ripped out completely.

very well made. But you have to have stout anchor points to be able to stretch this this baby out. to heavy duty for a simple shade sail over the pool, Which I love heavy duty, so don't get me wrong, and if you have the substantial anchoring, I would buy it. so, forget those shade sail anchoring kits with the sewing machine turnbuckles and eye bolts for this shade sail.

We liked the advertised quality but as soon as we took it out of the packaging noticed a length of extra cable sticking out of one corner. We installed and tensioned as much as we could but the extra cable never pulled in, and the shade never fully tensioned.We started getting creative about how to minimize our hardware to tension it more, but at the drawn specifications the shade is either too big or simply came with a cable defect.The seller is not responsive to warranty claim attempts. Do not recommend this product.

24' x 20' shade sail: The design of the attaching corners made of steel is outstanding and necessary to get it tight. Cable sewn in the entire perimeter also a much needed factor. Heavy duty attachments on the house are needed and steel poles as well. I installed 2"x 2" w/ 1/4" thick walled steel poles and believe this was needed as I have high winds and no breaks. The shade is more dense than I expected and this is a plus where I live in the desert.

Easy to install. Seems to be well made, However after getting it installed one corner has two small holes in it about the size of my little finger. Suspect they will only get bigger over time. have not yet contacted seller about this so I don't know what the outcome will be. Just finished with customer service and they are sending a replacement so I upgraded to a five star review. customer service was great..

We purchased the 24’x22’ beige sunshade and absolutely love it so far! It was Prime so delivery was quick. It was packaged all banded up and in a large box. It is shading a 26’x24’ pad at the end of our pool. It has been up for about a week and has already been through torrential rain and some wind (approx 30 - 40 mph) and handled it all very well. We went with this particular shade because of the extra durability of the corners along with the wire sewn around the perimeter. We attached it to 6”x6”x12’ poles that are 4’ in the ground with concrete. We also purchased 2 of the ColorTree Triangle Hardware Kit (winch + hardware kits + cables). This is a must in our book because it is a lot of pull on a shade this size and just makes adjustments easier. However, ditch the stamped out wrench that the kit comes with and use a ratchet wrench. I don’t think you could get it tight enough otherwise. We also lowered the back by 6 inches to help with water run off. However, it could have been lowered more because we did have a little pooling in the center with a heavy rain. This will not keep you dry in the rain, it does go through the shade after it is completely saturated. When sitting underneath it, it is probably 10 degrees or so cooler than direct sun. There is a little bit of lifting (2-3 inches) with stronger winds, but you should expect that with a shade of this size. We do expect for the shade to stretch a bit more so there is room to tighten each corner as needed over time. We plan to take this shade down in the winter. Overall we are happy with the purchase.
