This is a matched set of two locking brake levers that are designed to use both cantilever and caliper brakes, and they feature first-rate forged alloy construction.
Good enough for your Schwinn Meridian trike (either the 24" or the 26" versions), these will clamp down nicely on just about any bike that uses the standard 7/8" (22.2mm) handlebar size. My cable did not fit this handle--from the puck to the collar was shorter than the distance between the end of the nose and the compartment for the puck

I bought a used trike that is not a Schwinn Meridian, however these worked perfectly. There was no technical support so was difficult to install. In fact I only installed one as I have never had a disk brake before so not sure how all that works so did not mess with that side. One locking brake was all I needed to act as a parking brake for my trike. I am used to bikes, not trikes so this was a learning experience and sadly YouTube does not have a installation video.

Had to replace brakes on Schwinn meridian trike. Great fit and work great. I do not know how easy to install because my Dad did it.

I own an adult tri-cycle which tends to run away if I get off of it on a hill. Locking brake levers are absolutely essential to prevent this. Surprisingly, most brake levers aren't locking and it is very difficult to search out the levers that do. These levers do a great job.
