Bought this for my GoPro max to replace lost battery cover. This item does not fit. It appears to be the same shape but it simply will not fit.Do not buy

This is well made and looks like a quality replica, however the manufacturer needs to pay closer attention to the sizing as it does not fit the product it should do! Disappointing

GoPro - for whatever reason, decided recently to cease production on the MAX/360 cameras and a number of support parts on the periphery. I didn't need this door - at least not yet. But I plan to continue using this unique technological marvel for a number of years. I therefore want to keep some spare parts on hand.The good: This is such a well made third-party item that I actually lost track of which one is the original while photographing the product.There is no "BAD" on this product.The bottom line: Full disclosure, I did not test the water-tightness. It connects onto the camera just like OEM equipment. It is well made. A bit of a security blanket if you are one of the lucky folk who own one of these cameras.
