Ordered for an alto clarinet as one for alto clarinet was not listed. Does not fit alto clarinet but does fit my alto sax and plays great on it

MEYER5MM＋LaVozMS に装着したのですが，リガチャーを絞めてもつるんと抜けてしまい，他の方が書かれているように使い物にならないものだったのか．．．と思ったのですが，マウスピースもリードも水でチャッチャッと洗うだけなので，コルクグリースが付着しているのではないか．．．と考えて，アルコール綿でリガチャーとリガチャーが当たるマウスピースとリードを吹きましたところ，なんと，全く滑ることがなくなり，朗々とした太い音が出るようになりました．他のリガチャーではそんなことしなくても使えていたので油断していました．いや，油断！(๑°⌓°๑)！しないといけなかったのでした．私が買った後に値下げ価格となり，ちょいとショック(^_^;)

I'm not a believer in hundred dollar ligatures and these are well made and nice looking for a reasonable price. Recommended.

amazonでは日常的に買い物をしてますが、初めて投稿します。このリガチャーは酷かった！新品なのに歪みがあり、マウスピースにセットした後時間が経つと抜けてきてしまいます。どう見ても不良品です。

Purchased at the request of a music professor as a decently priced ligature for my secondary instrument. It arrived packaged very well within a plastic box, but was bent out of shape very badly, and I had to bend it back into shape over my mouthpiece. It is still very loose and does not stay in place well on the mouthpiece, hopefully a new mouthpiece will fix that issue.

Fits well, proper tension, and lets the reed vibrate freely. Very good for beginners and intermediate players, I know a few pro's who also love this ligature.

I use a Bonade inverted ligature on my Bb clarinet and thought my son might want to try one on his alto saxophone. With the reed in place, the screws don't even reach the other side so there is no way to tighten this ligature, and this is on a standard Selmer C* alto mouthpiece. The ligature clearly says alto sax on it but it's way too small. I had purchased one for his tenor sax also and that one was even a little small.Update 5/18/14: I sent the ligatures back for exchange since this company does not provide refunds. I've submitted a picture of the replacement they sent. We noticed It was bent out of round right out of the box. I would guess this is someone else's returned item. It's such a hassle to pack things up and try yet again I may not. I don't recommend ordering from this company at all.

I like the concept of the rails running along the Reed, but found that any rotating of the mouthpiece jarred the ligature loose, so then the reed slipped. I even put a piece of tape on the back of the mouthpiece to create some friction but it did not help.
