This is our fifth Allstar mitt in the family and something seems off. Break in identical to other Allstars, holds a beautiful box, but typically for us we’ve grown used to the deeper pocket that our other mitts have. This is definitely mid - shallow at best, which is leading to some frustration.I’m not new to this glove game by any means, I replace and rehab gloves for a hobby so I feel like I can speak intelligently about these things.My older sons HOH that was purchased after Christmas is a far superior mitt to this allstar thus far, huge pocket, predictable when you move to transfer, and break in was an hour of mallet and catch at practice for a week.

Awesome and high quality glove, break in takes a little work but well worth it this is a great glove for a young travel ball player.
