Quality made. The screw is too high at the top. This makes it harder to assemble.

I had my bathrooms remodeled and bought a new shower valve for the one that used to have the Tub. The rough in valve in the picture looked like the one in my other bathroom but apparently they have changed the design and the normal handles would no longer work. These extension stems worked out well. My contractor still needed to do some modifications to make them work for us but it turned out okay in the end.

Fits Pfister 12pt broached stem with good tolerance. Cutoff rings allow cutting to length without damaging the broached fins. A fiberglass cutoff wheel works better than a hacksaw to cut due to the hard brass. A bit expensive, but it fixes stem extension for tile and other deep installations.

Very expensive for what you get but I had to mate an old stem to a new Pfister handle and it worked with some modification

I ordered two stem extensions from this seller. One is good, but the other was sent in an open package and is missing the screw. So disappointing that an Amazon vetted vendor would send something like this.
