I wasn't sure how good this blanket would be but figured I'd give it a try for my larger miniature horse. I was surprised by how nice it actually is! The blanket is definitely a good fill, thick for winter and with a liner can probably withstand even the worst of our Minnesota storms. It is very durable and the stitching is great - nothing has come up and there are no stray threads or places that could be torn. It doesn't contour across the back like other brands - so if you have a stocky miniature like mine, it may look a little silly with a straight back, but it does contour in the places where it really matters, at the chest and hip. So chaffing will be minimal with proper fit. I'm happy with the fit and quality so far!

So far so good. Arrived Christmas Eve, just in time before the rain and morning freeze. Got it for me 42.’I had to halter him & give him treats, but I think he very much appreciates it since the temps dropped to 25° today with wind. I added 2 “ to the measurement & it fits like a glove. Well made and belly straps are a bonus. I’m thankful for the waterproof in addition to the protection from the cold.I thought it was grey camouflage but it is army green. I bought 2” bigger than his length, had to loosen the neck a little so the back end would “relax” and not, not cover his rump

I got these for an early cold front when my miniature horses hadnt grown their winter coats in. It sleeted and was near zero for days and the blankets fit great, repelled the water and kept them warm

I ordered two different coats. I ordered the red coat a little larger at a 54 when he measured 52 and the camo coat the exact size of 48. I had some sick young horses and didn't know how the sizing would come of if it was true or not.The camo coat size 48 fit perfectly on the horse, but the length draping to the ground seemed a little short. It seamed like this coat would fit perfectly a miniature horse. While I had it on a 4 month colt, it won't last very long in the few weeks he was in it he was outgrowing it already.The red coat I ordered it too big, and so therefore it is too big on him. He is growing quickly into it. It drapes the correct length for the size I ordered and is perfect. The neck is big as I ordered it too big.I ordered 3 different brands of coats to test on this group, and this brand hangs nicely and doesn't go all twisted like some of the others. I would definitely buy them again.

Love the blanket it’s so well built I however ordered 52” for a mare who measured 52 and it barely fit my pony who measures 50” so if you’re looking for good quality blanket this is a good choice just order a larger sizzle then you normally would

Needed something to keep my mini donkeys warm when the temperature dips very low. This product is great! Stays on the donkeys, is waterproof, and keeps them warm in the frigid cold. I purchased the camo and they look really cute in them. Make sure you remove it when the temp is due to go back up or it can be bad for them.
