This was a direct fit and resolved my P0101 MAF Check Engine Light. This part was easily swapped with household tools in my driveway at home. I had been experiencing stuttering when accelerating from a stop. Also had poor performance as the RPM's would surge and idle very odd.I had already swapped the MAF sensor, PCV Valve and installed a new gas cap. Finally ran across a forum online that said to take a look at the original Air Cleaner Intake Duct Hose and sure enough - had 3 massive holes in it.I swapped the Air Cleaner Intake Duct Hose with the new one and cleared the code with my reader that I already had purchased. Cleared the code and it runs like new! Honestly - the best it has run in a long time. The material is solid and the clamps worked fine. Super easy to swap - just look it up on YouTube.

First you'll need to reuse your factory clamps because these don't really open wide enough. Also the hole on the plastic box on the side isn't as wide but you can open it up more if you want. I struggled a lot trying to shove the top of the main airbox over to line it up so it would close. But considering this part is $90+ at local autoparts stores this is worth it.

Hose fit well, but missing the clamp keepers of OEM hose; The 2 large supplied clamps were of poor quality. Both screws backed out of keeper slots, rather than opening clamps up. Re-used OEM clamps. Hose appears to be of good quality product and sealed up well. This hose works well when Nissan is out of stock.

10 minutes to install and good quality. Thought the pictures made the part look like plastic that would deteriorate quickly, but I was wrong. Received the item and definitely was of good quality material that will last. Immediately Fixed hesitation issues from a hole in the original unit and improved gas mileage. Highly recommend

The part came on time and was exactly as described. It fit my car exactly as expected and helped to resolve the Mass Airflow Sensor error from check engine light. Can is running more smoothly and not rough idling. Part was significantly less expensive than through the dealer. Quality part and would order from the company again.

Easy to install on my 2012 Nissan Quest. I had an idle problem with the vehicle with the motor shaking, but, never threw a “Check Engine” light. I examined all vacuum lines and checked the boot of the air intake. I found cracks in the folds of the boot. This item was manufactured the same as the OEM Duct Hose that came with the car. Car has been running well for over a year with this Duct replaced. Great value for the moneyI’m editing this five years after my original review. I continue to think this is a very good replacement part for the OEM part that came originally on my van. I say this because the original part lasted 5 years before failing. The replacement part that I ordered to replace the original lasted five years also. That being said these replacement air intake hoses last as long as the OEM which costs much more and lasts as long as these replacement. Why would you pay more.
